I have written two thesis in the completion of the Bachelors with Honours and the Masters of Advanced Practice. In 2007 I completed the thesis "Raunch Culture in Australia Implications for Australian Girls and Girls" and in 2015 a meta analysis of models of behavioural change interventions with perpetrators of domestic violence.

Individual Counselling
I provide general counselling to individuals from a trauma informed lens. All interventions used are evidence-informed and can be selected to suit your individual needs and preferences.
Couple Therapy
Couple therapy begins with individual sessions to assess needs and suitability for couple sessions. I am experienced in delivering the Gottman model of couple therapy and emotional focused therapy.
Professional Supervision
Professional supervision is essential for the well-being of the professional, the client and the organisation. I am trained in the PASE model of supervision.
